As you can see,we dress as convicts.That enables us to permanently borrow contributions from willing people and Businesses and use those funds to donate to children and groups similar to those in the picture.Not us ,of course,although some people think that we need help. We are proud to support Variety - The Children's Charity and the hundreds of children they assist each year.

In 2008 the Variety Bash is starting in Wellington and during the week we will pass through Palmerston North,Masterton Hastings,Gisborne,Opotiki and on to the grand finale in Rotorua. We will join the Variety Bash in spreading fun and funds to children less fortunate.

The Variety Bash mission is to raise money for NZ children in need, assist organisations that work with children and bring magic and fun to the schools and communities that we visit.

We will be working on our gearbox in the truck over the next few months and other than an oil change and a bit of T L C she will be ready for the Mini Bash and then the big one next year.Did you know that Budgie will have done 15 Bashes next year.Thats a bit of trivia.
