We have tried to make the process as easy as possible, but if you are having trouble then please contact us with a description of what is going wrong and we will see if we can help.

Credit Card Payments
If you are having challenges with making a donation online, please check that all of your details are correct when entering them. Often we find even a mistyped credit card number can cause issues. If you feel that you are doing everything right and it still isn't working, then drop us an email and we will do our best to help.

If you would like help resizing your image to upload to your page just email it to us and we will do it for you. Images@varietynz.org.nz
